As a personal trainer and strength coach, I know strength is for every season of life. Whether you're starting fresh, moving through pregnancy, coming back, or have been in this game for a while, strength is the foundation both in and out of the gym.
I coach with empathy, evidence, and a deep belief that your body is capable of more than you think. As a mum of two, I know what it is like to balance a thousand conflicting priorities and want to put yourself first too. I will meet you where you’re at and take you to where you need to be. No fluff, no pressure. Just real, sustainable strength, built one rep at a time.

Not at all. While I highly recommend joining the amazing gym that is TSS, you do not need to have a membership to train there during our sessions.

I help bust the myths around strength training and fertility and ensure that you feel strong through every stage of your journey. Whether you are trying to conceive, pregnant, or postpartum, I am here for you every step of the way.

Nope, the perfect time to start is now. I specialise in working with total beginners! I believe strength is for everyone and you don’t need to ‘earn the right’ to work with a barbell. I take the time to understand how you learn best and ensure the experience of learning something new isn’t overwhelming. Rep by rep, you’ll drop that beginner label before you know it.

No, I don’t currently offer nutrition coaching. While I’m a certified Nutrition Coach, my passion and focus lie in strength training. I’ve chosen to specialise in that area so I can give my clients the highest quality support where it matters most.
